Enneagram Types
What is the Enneagram? The Enneagram is a framework for exploring nine patterns of motivation, attention, and behavior. It offers a starting point for self-reflection and no type is better or worse than another. Each person is unique, and the Enneagram descriptions are general patterns of how each type generally operates. On my main page you see the visual depictions of each Type, created by my lovely Artist, Lisa (sales@egamedesigns.com).
The Nine Types are- Type 1 (Felix): Felix is an Idealist, seeking integrity and improvement, where he goes. His armor resembles his strong sense of responsibility and disciplined nature.
Type 2 (Axel): Axel, regally dressed as a Renaissance Healer, harkons to her need to be helpful. She is Compliant to the group in front of her. Her Core Fear drives most of her interactions as she seeks to be wanted and desired.
Type 3 (Noah): Noah, heralded as a king. His kingdom is one of accomplishment and recognition. His army is Success and prided on making progress.
Type 4 (Oliver): Oliver, the caricature of the Artist. His Withdrawn demeanor is oftne funneled into Creativity and Identity for themselves. He pays close attention to emotional experiences and uses it for his imprint on the creative process.
Type 5 (Elias): Often found in the library with a book in hand or at Internet Cafes with a laptop open in front of them as they sip down a coffee. His pursuit of knowledge and understanding drives him as his Core Desire. He values competence, privacy, and independence not just for himself but others too.
Type 6 (Chase): Chase, reactive from disaster around him, perceived and at times unfounded, seeks security and trust. Him being in the Head Triad means he thinks carefully and extensively about risks, support networks, and plans for when the disaster strikes, if it does.
Type 7 (Bella): Bella, looking reminescent of a PoKeMoN Trainer from Sinnoh, seeks freedom and are drawn to new experiences or ideas. She is full of Aggressive Positivity and will strive to avoid failure or being limited in her journey in the world at large.
Type 8 (Adrain): Clad in a Superheros costume, Adrain values strength, protecting the underprivileged and destitute. He is Assertive, a Body Type acting in the Present with Immediacy, tends to value directness and self-determination.
Type 9 (Luna): Luna looking like a Eastern Religion monk, seeks harmony and stability. She is withdrawn, despite sharing a Triad with Adrain and Felix, acts from the urgency of peace and only after weighing all the options seeing it from a top dow perspective.
Use this as a starting point, these short descriptions are only an introduction. A deeper look at the Enneagram considers the motivations behind behavior, not just outward habits. I explore more on my Channel and down the road my blogposts on here.
